- Training: in safety rule content and application
- Competent Workers: assessed and appointed
- Safety Locks: to secure points of isolation
- Caution Notices: displayed at points of isolation
- Danger Notices: displayed on adjacent live equipment
- Potential Indicators: to prove dead
- Safety Document System: Permit to Work, Limitation of Access etc
- Monitoring, Auditing and Continuous Improvement
